23.01.2022 A big thank you to author Leonie Kelsall who came along to the library this morning to give our first (and only!) author talk of 2020. We loved hearing about the inspiration behind her latest book and what it takes to get published these days. If you were unable to attend this morning, Leonie's latest book, The Farm at Peppertree Crossing set in the Murraylands of South Australia, can be reserved at the library. We wish Leonie continued success with the book and look forward to her next book in 2021. #similarservicesdelivereddifferently

When a new council is formed a Deputy Mayor must be nominated and a vote is to be carried out by their fellow Councillors. This is for a term of two years and councillors have the opportunity to nominate again if they so wish. Cr Du Rieu has replaced Cr Peter Hunter who has been in the role for over 8 years.
