25.01.2022 A reminder to the U14 and seniors training is tonight. U14 start at 3:30 pm with seniors to start at 5 pm. The u17 will start training the following Thursday at 4:30 pm. Under 17 players are still welcome to come train with the seniors tonight as well. See you all out there. Not long now for the season proper to start. GO ROYALS.

24.01.2022 Well the first game of the season start this weekend, with the u14s playing at home and the seniors playing away to Browns well 2. The senior side for tomorrow is: Josh Fielke Morgan smith Robby J... Mushy Talib Brodie roesler Harrison Thiel Pottsy Priz Brock Thommo (pending work) The seniors will meet at Mahli Mart on the corner of sims pde and 21st street at 11:30 to be at Browns well by not much later than 12:30 pm Good luck to both sides.

21.01.2022 Due again to the heat forecast for tomorrow training is cancelled for all grades. Weather permitting on Saturday we do have games on but it also seems unlikely due to heat again. Watch this space to find out the details for what is Saturday's situation.

19.01.2022 Seniors lost to Monash today. But having said that, it was easily the best all round performance all year. We posted a very competitive 135 with Thommo 52 and Millsy 22 leading the way. Our defence got off to a perfect start with Millsy getting a wicket first ball. Monash looked in trouble at drinks at 2 for 30 odd but with 8 wickets in the shed was always going to start swinging hard. As it happened a few things didn't go our way but the boys fought to the end and we only got overtaken with 2 overs to go. Millsy was the star with the ball claiming 3. I would just like to say thanks to all for a great if sometimes trying season, and if today's effort and heart is any indication of the good times ahead I reckon I can push this body for one more season. 15.01.2022 Tomorrow's team to play Monash away in a elimination final: Fielks Toppers Thommo Drew ... Harrison Nick Priz1 Priz2 Shane Jordy Can players please meet at the nets in renmark at 12 to be at the ground by 1230. I will meet you at Monash as I am picking up the juniors from loxton. Fielks has also organised a BBQ after the game for all at his place so would be good of we can all try to get along to that. Tomorrow would also be a great opportunity for any wives girlfriends kids and family to come along to watch us in what I hope will be a good game of cricket and hopefully not our last for the season. 13.01.2022 This club in it's short history of being in the riverland comp has been relatively successful. Winning an A grade premiership in it's first season to being runners up in the second. The last couple years we have bought in a junior structure and pathway. So now any juniors playing have a direct pathway to go on to higher levels of cricket in SA. It's been disappointing so far this year to see such lack in numbers of seniors playing this year for the Royals. So far this year ...captain Fielks Toppers and myself are Manning the phones every Thursday and Friday nights just to get a side on the park for the few guys that have stepped up and committed to playing this season. I seriously hope this club is much better than this and can push through these difficult times and be better and stronger for the years to come. We need senior numbers otherwise we probably won't have a senior side much longer. As sad as this is this is, its how it is. I hope things can change sooner rather than later. Yes this is a desperation call to all past and present players and members to try and help out. As I say all this we need two players for this weekend. Could everyone meet at the oval by no later than 12:30 pm for a 1pm start. 10.01.2022 With the severe heat predicted for tomorrow training has been canceled for all grades. Games will be as scheduled for this weekend. U14s were scheduled to play tomorrow night against Berri but this has also been postponed to a later date. On Saturday morning Anthony has organised a little scratch match out at the no1 oval. The u17 will have the bye this weekend after there final over epic against monash last week. The seniors have loxton home this week. If your available to play please advise us as soon as possible please. We don't want to have another forfeit as was the case for the seniors last week.

06.01.2022 Good news to all the young Royals and the cricket club in general. In season 2015/16 we look like having a u17 side in the in the Riverland competition. This is a great step towards development and opportunity for cricket within our club and also Renmark as a whole. The Renmark royals would like to thank the Renmark District Cricket Association for their commitment to help junior cricket survive in recent years and look forward to your continued support in this generation of... change. A reminder again to all intending players junior and senior our registration day is on this Sunday at 10 am at the nets. $20 deposit per player. $80 subs for juniors (under 18) $100 subs for senior. There will be a BBQ and drinks available also after a training session.

02.01.2022 Gday again royals. Well the football's nearly over and its now time to start dusting off the cricket gear oil your bats and get ready for another season. Our first training will be a mixed session for all juniors right through to seniors this Saturday at 2 pm at the nets. All intending players should try to make it. We will make sure there is drinks provided for both juniors and seniors. We will also be holding a meeting for all members on Sunday the 2nd of October at the club time to be announced in coming days. If you can't make training this Saturday but intend on playing please let me know asap. Look forward to seeing you all out there.

01.01.2022 First club training for all grades will be this Sunday 20th of September (this weekend) at 10am at the Renmark cricket nets. Registration day will be the following weekend on Sunday the 27th. Training will begin at 10am with a BBQ to follow. $20 deposit required upon registration which goes towards your subs for the season.
