08.01.2022 Today is NATIONAL ASBESTOS AWARENESS DAY! As many of you know, I'm a passionate national ambassador for asbestos awareness. Sadly, over 4,000 Australian's lose their lives every year from asbestos related diseases. I often describe asbestos as the "grim reaper" of home renovations. We don't want anyone to stop renovating, we just want you to do it safely! That means getting an abestos identification report done "before" you start renovating & ideally, calling in licensed asbestos professionals to remove & dispose of it safely. Prevention is the only cure! Have you ever come across it in your home reno's? Share your thoughts here for the greater good of everyone. If we can all save even just 1 life, then we've all done a good job I reckon! C x

06.01.2022 TIP: Use mirrors to your advantage in your small bathroom. Oversized mirrors are great for enlarging the appearance of your space. Backlit mirrors work well for bathrooms with minimal natural light. If you’re lucky enough to be renovating a bathroom with decent windows, place a mirror directly opposite the window that glorious natural light will reflect off the mirror & saturate your entire bathroom.
