22.01.2022 For a great rental investment, go for a house on a corner block with a decent size backyard then build a granny flat with it’s own street frontage! Granny flats are pretty common so make sure yours has an edge like it’s own driveway, parking, garden and some style! The main house on this block had decent front and rear yards, so we fenced off most of the back, built a granny flat that’s more like a small house! Two bedrooms, open plan living/dining with bi-folds opening onto a deck and garden. Two solid incomes on one block terrific cash flow! #grannyflat #sydneygrannyflat

14.01.2022 We all love the before and afters! Check out the front of this 1960’s gem, we created a new entry foyer with an amazing dry-stacked granite column. Every piece was hand cut, which took forever but well worth it creating a great anchor point for the home and terrific street appeal. 03.01.2022 This sad 90's pool on the Northern Beaches was stuck in the back corner of a sloping block, out of sight behind ugly shrubs! To integrate it with the backyard we terraced the surrounding land, laid sandstone paving & decking, resurfaced the pool, glass fence and tropical garden. What a change!
