19.01.2022 Before Photos.... Agent called notifying that tenants reported collapsed tiles for the spa bath motor housing unit. Upon arrival, evidence of severe water damage to framework, black moulded silicone around spa bath corners, floor tile corners and basin. Cracked grout in corners of tiles in several areas of the spa bath and flooring, plus a broken light switch. Approval to clean out moulded silicon and grouted areas, apply new silicone to seal all corner areas in bathroom, new framework and tiles for spa bath bench, replace shower head with new extension head, and replace broken light switch.

18.01.2022 Painting frame for composite deck now so the frame matches the colour of the deck when walking above. That extra service for the client as I don't like leaving raw timber to be seen in between the boards if you look down. Plus it gives the timber a protective coat

16.01.2022 Repaired posts delivery driver knocked over and split, then re-stained.

15.01.2022 Brightened up the house a little by repainting the warm to cool colours not too long ago.

13.01.2022 Repaired 41 broken tiles on roof for client from either previous hail damage or people walking on roof incorrectly. Hard to determine as substantial time had passed after it hailed in the area and previous tradesmen had inspected roof before we arrived to repair damages for the client. You can notice the difference in colour. They're actually the exact same tile, but existing roof tiles are extremely weathered. Unfortunately Boral transport their tiles in 2 piles of 32 side by side with each pile having tiles strapped on top of each other so the edges on both ends are always scratched. Definitely need some form of thin foam lining in between each tile to prevent this happening. Look after your roof tiles by cleaning, painting and repointing when needed.

11.01.2022 Converted a garage into a Reiki/Meditation studio, perfect to run her business from home. Hidden Garage door for a clean room presentation (to not resemble a garage), Double Entry Doors (matching existing house window colour) for professional frontage appearance while open (garage door still closes for extra security), bamboo flooring, split cycle air con, shelving units for stock and translucent blinds. 09.01.2022 Demolished old timber pailing fence and replaced it with a NEW painted timber pailing fence.

08.01.2022 Building a deck and pergola. Dug the holes and painted the posts ready to concrete in. Time to paint bearers and joists.
