25.01.2022 Needed to install a tap for the kids to fill there drink bottles. The only water supply was the oval irrigation. Has to use a pressure regulator to reduce the pressure/flow. Just need a bracket for the tap and she works a treat. #renov8turfandirrigation #wateringsystem #irrigation

16.01.2022 Installed a WiFi Hunter Hydrawise controller today. Due to the metal box, had to mount on the outside to get it to hook up to the WiFi, so painted it black to match. Now l can control the irrigation anywhere by my phone. Added bonus, automatically adjusts watering from the local weather station. Saving water. Need a watering system or upgrade an old system. 12.01.2022 Needed to make a bracket to bolt a railing onto for a customer. Its a bit of an over kill, but will do the job. It had to sit on the edge of the field and the metal edge wasnt strong enough to hold the weight. Had to bend the bracket to suit the edge and keep it level for the railing, then bolted to both sides of the metal edge. Had a bit of a counter leverage on one side for extra support, which could be concreted in.

07.01.2022 A little landscaping job. As always didnt take any before photos. Laid artificial turf, replace the soil in garden with new soil, built a path and step out of sand stone. Install watering system to the garden, plant and pine barked. Turn out really good

07.01.2022 Did a small lawn repair. Didnt get any picture of the dead spot to start with. Sorry. We dug out a 3x3m area, 250mm deep. Found a lot of tree roots, so between not getting enough water in the concer, the tree roots done the rest. We installed a mp rotor for some extra water and a foot of screened top soil. The top was screed, levelled and seeded with bent seed.... The croquet green consist of 3 layers for good drainage. Top soil (250mm thick), then sharp sand (250mm thick), then blue metal.

04.01.2022 Cored and cleaned up two Croquet greens. Filled up 3 of those green bags. Lucky l had the tractor to load them onto truck. Need to invest into a harvester to make life a bit easier.

04.01.2022 Almost done, Just need to plant. Built a area for the rubbish bins, new steeps to back yard and rebuilt the garden bed. Used Ag pipe and blue metal for drainage and filled with a compost soil mix. All garden edges painted in a charcoal colour and walk areas in a grey stain.

02.01.2022 Been having abit of a drainage problem. Turn out the old ag pipe was completely blocked. Laid 100mm ag pipe with sock and back filled with blue metal and sand. Add a pit in the low spot.
