There is no better feeling then being pushed and trained at your very best from your trainer ... EVERYONE SHOULD INVEST IN A PT. Face your fears, find fun in fitness again, see how far you can go when your trainer finds the tools and methods that challenge you and get the best out of you as an individual each session.

21.01.2022 Taking care if you mind is equally important as taking care of your body MENTAL HEALTH / EMOTIONAL STRAIN It's ok you havnt had that up and go or spring in your step to face everyday activities like you used to, stress can take in a form of physical, mental and emotional.... the key is to seek the right intensity of physical and mental stimulation. This can be achieved by a number of things, simple as dancing in your living room with your children to yours or their favourite song (on repeat) , building a cubby house, mowing the lawn, picking one body part your going to focus on instead of trying to train the whole body in one session. Be kind to yourself and let's get back to basics.

20.01.2022 FLU FIGHTER - FALAFELS During this time you need to up your greens but there's only so much broccoli We can handle ... I have two of these a day and I get up to 20 patties a serve. All you need is a food processor, greens herbs & spices . Ingredients:... 1x400 g can chick peas 1x onion , finely chopped 1 cup(120g) frozen peas 2 tbsp white chia seeds 2 garlic cloves 1 cup finely chopped broccoli 3 cups shredded kale leaves 1 cup (24g) flat leaf parsley leaves only 1/2 cup (8g) mint leaves 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp baking powder Sea salt and pepper Extra virgin olive oil for brushing on top Step1: Preheat oven 220c (200c fan forced) line tray baking paper Step 2: Place all ingredients into food processor (not oil) Step3: Press two tablespoons of mixture into patties and place on tray Brush the patties generously with oil and bake for 15 min, flip, brush the patties with more oil and bake for further 15 min or until golden crisp Step 4: Done !, I CANT COOK , So if I can make these you are good to go , also as you can see n in picture I can't even tear baking paper straight

19.01.2022 SIMPLE SMOKEY SUNDAY EGGPLANT DIP INGREDIENTS ... 2 large eggplants 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 2 teaspoon tahini 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts METHOD Place eggplants directly on the grill or bbq flame of a cooktop and cook, turning every 5minutes for 20-25 minutes (until soft) I used @bradkingsfirewood in a Weber kettle it sets this dish apart from your standard gas, but either will do. Place eggplants in colander and set aside to drain, Cool for 5 minutes. Scoop out flesh into bowl add garlic, cumin coriander, tahini, lemon juice , salt and pepper and mash it with a fork until creamy. Place dip in serving bowl and top with walnuts, mint and a drizzle with oil (optional) SUMS UP MY LAZY SUNDAY.

18.01.2022 We all get obsessed, and get stuck thinking more training is better .,if u feel sluggish , and muscles are sore, and ur not sleeping properly these are signs ur body needs to rest. If not u can produce a stress hormone cortisol ( which can cause ur body to hold onto more body fat ;( mix it up ) heavy weights one day light cardio another rest day the next

15.01.2022 Strength vs Cardio Doing both weight training & high intensity interval cardio (30sec on 30sec off) will strip the fat fast. Weight training is important too as it keeps us looking fit, young, speeds ur metabolism & continues to burn calories after lifting. Both result in loosing weight and both are just as important as the other like food & drink !

14.01.2022 3 WEEKS LEFT OF 8 WEEK CHALLENGE The best thing about this challenge was each and everyone of my clients have set their own individual goals which meant no one was heading in the same direction but will all finish at the same finish line at their own pace. Knowing now my clients are capable at making better choices but also understanding the reasons why? Is already a WIN in itself. 13.01.2022 Today "Strength training" took to another level These girls had to find inner strength within themselves, from loosing jobs, sleepless nights, explaining to their kids the unknown, all in last 48 hours. Today they had to push anxiety to the side pick up their new everyday sexy handbags (hand steriliser and hand wipes) and focus on moving their bodies, mental health and find a little normality for the day. "how come I've been running everyday and still look the same "I don't eat many carbs and still feel fat And the list goes on....... if this sounds like you conitune to read ahead , As we age our muscles disintegrate (age-related muscle loss) correct term for this is sarcopenia, at some point in our 30's onwards you will start to notice loss of muscle mass and function as we age, to reverse and prevent this from happening by improving strength training we can rebuild and reverse these changes resulting in better mobility, mental sharpness and ultimately slowing down the aging process. Remember it's all well and good lifting weights but Consuming the correct carbohydrates is just as important to help feed the muscles to grow, this will stop the body breaking down muscle tissue for energy and storing fat deposits to survive for next time you decide not to feed your body the correct nutrients it needs to repair. So if your that person above stating "you don't eat carbs and still feel fat "this is why let's stop being scared to lift weights, build lean muscle, eat carbohydrates, and start slowing down the side effects of ageing today.

07.01.2022 ADCO Constructions IMPROVISE -ADAPT- OVERCOME Today is usually our Friday boxing class with boxing gloves ,pads, kick pads and more . Today we adjusted to new conditions , used what was available , thought outside the box and succeeded. Foot drills / hand weights / park benches spacial awareness / fresh air / outdoors / mental health / exercise. ... The ability to adapt to change is hard , especially under these circumstances . I love seeing attitudes change during the class knowing endorphins are released which triggers a positive feeling throughout the whole body, I know then that they are ready to face another day. #mentalhealth #wellness #mentalhealth #strengthtraining #innerstrength #mindfulness #anxiety #notalone #corporatewellness

06.01.2022 For everyone that's trying to strip fat. I understand ur trying to make better choices but snacking on nuts just arnt the way. Yeah there high in good fats , but realistically u want ur body to use ur own excess fat not the good fats ur adding . Snack on an extra high protein meal instead . Or add an extra meal to ur day . !!!!

02.01.2022 elishajade_a LOAD UP THOSE LEGS LADIES This leg exercise while using the smith machine , targets quads & hamstrings, this will reduce body fat, increase the metabolism and sculpt the muscles. Slow controlled movements, let the muscles remain under tension for longer which helps build the muscle , half way through @elishajade_a turned her feet out this allowed her to go lower and target under neath the glute more and hamstrings . ... (The butt lift) !

No need to ban certain foods (u will only crave them more ) Feed ur body regularly so it knows it has to burn wht Uve eaten before the next meal comes along. 01.01.2022 What an amazing start to my Sunday receiving text messages like this. This is what happens when u follow the guidelines for nutrition and correct training. I find most of my clients aren't eating enough carbs in their diet and when I tell them to eat more and explain why they don't follow instructions . 01.01.2022 So much is going on in this video Martin has struggled with bad knees, joint pain , because his knees constantly want to roll inwards (adduction) so we assessed the problem and now we work on making the knees rotate outwards (abduction) by doing this we have added a resistance band that will offer a high resistance that will give Martin peak tension and load on the muscles which make them work together. Apart from the pain on Martins face , also the concentration to hold kne...es out with the RESISTANCE of the band (above his knees) he is switching on glutes/ hips and the pelvis , what a trio of muscles being used. The results are real and he has done the work , so before you tell people u can't train because of an existing injury and you know you are that person saying you can't train because ur shoulder is sore, or your knees are bad . Know this ..THEY ARE ALL EXCUSES. A Good Trainer will .....
