24.01.2022 Renovation of a bar into a study knook. Removal of the brick bar, shelving and mirror. The archway was removed and set square to modernise the space. The floor was filled where thr bar sat and all walls were filled sanded and painted. ... Continuation of the floating floor was layed and an the installation of a custom spotted gum hardwood floating desk. The space was an impractical use of space that was used as a dumping ground of miscellanious items. 22.01.2022 Rejuvenating the brick and iron work. Removed old iron work and changed colour from cream to black. Pressure cleaned bricks and re installed iron work.... Completely changed the look of the entrance to the home.

The box frame was built, gyprocked, set, sanded, painted and finished off in matching colours with corice and archetraive.... 19.01.2022 Old air conditioner removal and patch. This old air con was removed to tidy up the wall. The hole was bricked up on the outside, a stud frame installed and the inside gyprocked.... Once the wall was painted with matched paint it looked like it was never there. (Paint in the photo is still a little wet). 19.01.2022 Ceiling water damage repair This ceiling was rotton due to a water leak from a balcony above it. The water leak was repaired by the owner and the gyprock ceiling with bulkhead was done by us.... A new substructure bulkhead was installed on an angle to follow the angle of the staircase. New gyprock and cornice was installed and set. 17.01.2022 Shed installation This client wanted to install a 3m x 2.5m shed over a random old slab of concrete in their back yard. The size was marked out and a bed of river sand was installed to lay the concrete paver on.... The client had some pavers at their home already so we supplied the remainder. The pavers and sand bed were cemented in around the edges to make the base firm and strong. The shed was the installed on the slab. 12.01.2022 This investment property was in need of some tlc before new tennants could be found. The pantry had the side broken out, the bathroom gyprock was mouldy and in need of fresh paint and the kitchen splashback was looking dirty. The board in the pantry was repaired, the mould in the bathroom was treated and the gyprock painted in anti mould paint.... As for the splash back in the kitchen, all old grount was removed and new white grout put back in to freshen up the kitchen and give it a cleaner look.
