01.01.2022 Whole house renovation completed in Pascoe Vale towards the end of 2019. Clients wanted to rejuvenate and modernise their home, refreshing the interior. Renovation works included completed bathroom renovation, brand new kitchen and laundry joinery, renovated toilet, brand new hybrid floorboards and finished with a fresh coat of paint. Works were completed with upmost satisfaction and the clients were happily moved back home right before Christmas.

01.01.2022 This ensuite bathroom was looking rather worse for wear when we first visited. There were clear signs of severe water damage to the point where the timber sub floor was severely compromised, having absorbed an excessive volume of water due to a lack of waterproofing. Additionally being up on the second level of the property, this was particularly dangerous as it wasn't long until someone would have been injured. The Renovation Riot team were given full command, demolishing the entire bathroom and rebuilding the sub floor before giving the ensuite the makeover it deserved. The ensuite was fitted with new floating vanity and cabinets along with an in-wall cistern toilet to maximise the space and modernising the bathroom. Finally, the black finishing and the bamboo top added the perfect touch, resulting in this beautiful bathroom.
