21.01.2022 Hey Guys, Just finished this one for another client on the Gold Coast! They were wanting to install a large new stacker door opening up to enjoy their front yard. Problem is a large one doesn't fit? So the clients were toying with the idea of deleting the existing bay window and filling it in with brickwork and adding a smaller window. The stacker door was to face the front yard leading out on to a new deck and roof extension. with exposed hardwood posts and beams and matchin...g hardwood entry door in the existing spot. don't forget the new boardwalk decking leading to the front gate. 20.01.2022 RENOVISION - REVISITED Hey Guys, this Renovision is one of the pages favourites and shortly this Renovision will be built for real for our client on the Gold Coast. Just before the contracts signed the client asked us if we could change a few things from the original Renovision. So we changed a few colours, updated the gates, added some flashing's, added the garage door and applied some texture to the Rendering. Clients are now confident to move forward with the Build. 08.01.2022 RENOVISION - REVISITED This was one of our very first RENOVISIONS and clients. And in fact the job that i decided to really give RENOVISION a good go! I was speaking to the client the other day wishing them all the best for Christmas & New year etc. And he mentioned about putting in a pool. I said stop there, Dont say another word! 06.01.2022 RENOVISION OK, This one is at my place. And like most builders. My home is 90% renovated. Lots of little things need to be finished, but its mostly done. And Like a lot of homes on the Gold Coast, we have done the garage conversion for extra bedrooms. But then you need that new carport. So i thought I'll do Renovision on my place. 05.01.2022 WOW! This RENOVISION looks so real! And this is what RENOVISION is all about! Right at the start of the Renovision process is the design brief where you get to say what you want and how you want it to look. ... For this one, it started off a little differently. The clients mentioned that they didn't know how to explain to us what they wanted. So design wise they would be happy to see what we came up with. So full design privies! Happy days! or not??? With 20 years experience as a Builder, if there is one thing that I have learnt more than anything else is that clients always know what they want. Sometimes they just don't know it yet.. This is the reason why i created RENOVISION. Lots of people just struggle to visualise the renovation and therefore struggle to get the point across to their loved ones, to their builders or even to us. This issue leads to an unhealthy renovation for all parties. We knew we could help, and we knew that they would much prefer to see their RENOVISION as they wanted! We gave them a call, they told us what they needed as far as the renovation itself and after asking them a few questions and talking them through the process. They knew exactly what they wanted. They loved their little cottage and they wanted to bring the front out to the street, for all to see! And that's what RENOVISION is all about.
