BUF (Bottom Up Fill) trolley is designed to work with the ICP-1 benchtop filler, allowing single head automatic operation, when attached to a conveyor. BUF unit comes with gates and switches for fully automatic operation. BUF works by automatically dropping the nozzle down into the container and filling whilst raising the nozzle. 07.01.2022 NEW TO RENTAFILL - ICP electric sensor to air control box. Australian designed and manufactured, ICP sensor box has been designed to sit alongside a pneumatic auto filling machine and/or automatic capers like the ICP-M2 filler, ICP-AC1 capper, ASSET AMF-4, AV-3 twin filers, ASSET AC-1 capers. Or any other filling and capping equipment that requires a pneumatic signal to operate. ICP Sensor box works by taking an electric signal from proximity, retro-reflective or IRD sensor...s and converting the sensor signal to an air signal that the machine requires. This removes the need for expansive and problematic whisker style switches and overcomes the common issue of light containers getting caught on whiskers and halting production. More importantly, it reduces the downtime due to faulty or broken whiskers because sensors are easily accessible and interchangeable from all major manufacturers like SICK, OMRON, FESTO etc... Sensor box can be easily retrofitted to most pneumatic based filling and capping lines. Available as a standalone sensor box or fitted to a conveyor as pictured.
