25.01.2022 The prestige rental market is strong. We just rented this Queenslander in Indooroopilly for $1090pw to a tenant from Melbourne. We did a virtual inspection with them, they loved the ability to walk through the house from afar and not just rely on photos.

Alicia was patient, polite and extremely helpful in navigating the rental process (something we haven’t done for 13 years or more). He is attentive and has very clear communication always followed up promptly. He is quick to action any repairs and gives clear instructions after house inspections on what needs to be rectified to keep the house well maintained. 04.01.2022 Service with a smile, we just had a new tenant move into a property, she called concerned the locks were stiff and hard to open. So rather than calling a handyman we popped out to check. A quick spray of WD40 on all the locks and they were working like new.
