The role of Property Officer will include but is not limited to the following: - Organise and attend open for inspections - Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections - Take and respond to incoming rental enquiries - Develop strong relationships with customers and clients - Process rental applications and reference checks - Organise lease documentation and assist with signing up new tenants - Assist your Property Manager with all property tasks The successful candidate will have: - A full Class C driver's licence - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Ability to manage time effectively - Strong organisation skills and attention to detail - Admin or customer service experience - Positive attitude and good sense of humour - Existing Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred Further Details: Hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm Ongoing support and training will be provided In return an attractive renumeration package plus incentives, a company car will provided and the chance to be part of an innovative, progressive and energetic team with fantastic career development opportunities.
