It is a requirement under legislation that a property manager provide an entry condition report to a tenant at the start of their tenancy. It can be 1 page, 2 pages, 3 pages legislation does not specify. Are our entry reports excessive? Yes. But being able to refer back such a detailed report is imperative in maintaining the value of your property throughout our inspections.
