20.01.2022 PANEER PARATHA:-- for stuffing : 150 gm paneer, 1 med chopped onion, oil, salt, Garam masala, red chili powder, anaradana powder, meera powder, Hari mitch 2 finely chopped, dhaniya aur pudina finely chopped, grated ginger 1 tsp. Method: Heat oil in pan, add mustard meets tadka, add chooped chili & onion. Cook few min not much, add all dry masalas as per your taste , mix well . Turn off the stove then add grated paneer * mix properly. Add dhaniya pudina. Keep it aside. Make ...chapati dough before you make stuffing so it will be ready to make Parathas. Now stuff masalas in chapati dough, shown like pic or make paratha as your desired shape square or round. Cook nicely from both sides using little oil or butter. Serve hot with yogurt , chutney or Achar. See more

07.01.2022 Made chloe Bhature for dinner tonight... Bhature recipe : 1 cup Atta, 1 cup Maida, 2 teaspoon sugar, salt and per taste, 1 tb sp oil, 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast , 4 tbsp yogurt. Mix dry yeast powder in a small bowl with some warm water. Mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl , add yeast mixture to atta. Mix it all well. Use warm water to make bhatura dough. Cover the bowl tightly and keep aside for more than 2-3 hours. Once the dough is fermented & raised well , mix it again well with little oil on palms. Keep this ready dough covered in fridge for 1 hour before frying the bhature. After 1 hour heat oil in Kadai / pan , make desired size bature and deep fry at medium flame from both sides
