24.01.2022 Toyota Hilux Rugged X now sharp and protected Sent in straight from the dealership , to the client then to us in the space of 24 hours is this Brand new Toyota Hilux Rugged X in Eclipse Black Pearl. The owner of this new Rugged X wasting no time in bringing in this new work horse not wanting to get it damaged or scratched so he bought it straight to us and opted for a single stage paint correction and 1 year ceramic coating package.... Paint Correction is the modern day term for all things machine polishing based around vehicle paint. Based on the traditional terms like ‘cut & polish’ , ‘buff’ , and others Paint Correction is the new age term for more in-depth and advanced machine polishing to achieve a finish beyond what you ...have ever seen previously. It takes to various different styles of machines , pads , compounds and polishes to meticulously cut and polish the most severe defects to the more finer defects present in your vehicles paint work wether it be new , old or restored. Straight from the paint line to us , a full wet sand was carried out to remove texture and minor imperfections that come with repainting of vehicles. Once the wet sand was completed we carried out a full paint correction process to remove all sanding marks and scratches bringing this Datsun up to a high gloss flatter finish.... To achieve this finish we have to use old day cutting and polishing techniques such as rotary and wool courses before refining and finishing off with modern day tools and techniques to provide the finish we desire. 10.01.2022 VW Tiguan Wet Sand Paint correction This Tiguan was sent to us straight from @2suscustomresprays in for complete wet sand paint correction after a full respray. Wet sanding after paint work removes texture , dust nibs and other minor paint imperfections that can arise during paint work although most of the time it is to remove orange peel and texture like it is for this case with @2suscustomresprays . After they completed a full wet sand using 3M 2000 it was handed us ...to correct to a high gloss defect free finish rich in clarity and gloss before ceramic coating the vehicle. 08.01.2022 New car paint protection package for this new Ford Mustang in Velocity Blue We were approached by the owner of this Ford Mustang after seeing one of our recent paint correction and ceramic coating package promotions in regards to his newly acquired Ford Mustang. The owner wanting to get it coated for sometime but was sitting on the fence finally settled with our paint correction and ceramic coating package after seeing a promo we were running online ! Safe to say he was... happy he took advantage. Being first skeptical of ceramic coating after talking to the dealership and being fed a lot of marketing hype we were able to ease his mind and outline the true benefits and truth about getting his Mustang Coated. After assessment of the Mustangs paint work we went for a medium 2 stage paint correction as the paint was in rather decent condition but still very soft and sticky requiring very fine polishing to achieve the defect free finish we were after. 06.01.2022 They don’t make them like they used too ! And isn’t that for sure !! This 1937 Buick 8 was bought in to us by Sadek Motor Group for us to do what we do best and put the restore in REP detail to good use. After being externally restored over 10 years ago the buick was showing signs of extreme wear and tear including severe swirls , acid water etching , deep scratches , dull spots and sanding marks. We performed our in depth 2 stage restoration paint correction process to... bring the paintwork back to life and really fine tune it to a perfect finish. Utilising older rotary and wool techniques followed up with modern day paint correction processes we were able to achieve a finish that was beyond our customers expectations. Some of which can’t be found easily today. After the paint correction was completed it was time to carry out the final detail and LSP ( last step product ). In this we decided to hand polish all exterior chrome trims , deep clean external rubbers and moulds , remove water staining from glass and old unwanted stickers , plastic and trim seal all exterior trimmings , side steps and plastics and finally gently hand apply 2 generous layers of the world finest Swissvax Crystal Rock High Grade Carnauba Wax , carefully developed with World Famous Detailer Paul Dalton. Once the exterior of the Buick was taken care of our team moved onto the interior, although it was already in very good condition and all original we were still obliged to carry out a interior detail to get it all fresh again. The leathers were deep scrubbed with leather brushes and leather cleaners , windows cleaned and all internal painted parts polished. The cabin was complimented with leather protection by Platinum_Potions using their leather lotion and Sandalwood air freshener for that older day feel and scent. 06.01.2022 The owner of this Nissan Navara recently purchased this vehicle for a decent price but it came with some pretty indecent paintwork. We were contacted to see what we could do. After carefully explaining the type of paint on the vehicle and the severity of some of the defects we decided on a full exterior detail and 2 stage correction to remove as many swirls and deep scratches as possible whilst refining the paint to a high gloss deep in clarity finish. The pre correctio...n detail and decontamination in very important on these utility vehicles as they have many gaps and grooves with rubbers and channels that collect dirt and build up. After a careful pre correction detail we moved onto the paint correction process. We were able to achieve a 85% defect removal leaving only very severe defects from repainted panels and deep scratches that would require wet sanding to remove in which the customer was extremely happy with the result. Being unsure if he is going to keep the car or not we also applied a generous layer of Tacsystem moonlight hydrophobic coating to ensure optimal gloss and basic protection for months to come. Presenting itself in dirt and grime , overspray and moderate swirls and scratches we carried out our intensive 21 stage pre wash and decontamination before masking up and performing our intensive single stage paint correction.... The paint correction process chosen for this particular VL meant we had to assess the paint to figure out how to get the best result in a single step.
