25.01.2022 COACH INTRODUCTION: Zac Doherty ABOUT I have been a personal trainer for over a year now. I was diagnosed with Polyarticular Idiopathic Arhtirtis over 3 years ago, I was unable to walk, get out of bed, open my water bottle and I was in pain from the moment i woke up to the moment i feel asleep and this was meant to be the rest of my life. I went on a journey of healing over a 12+month period and got told it would never happen, and now I have a physique i never thought i woul...d have, I have performance i never thought i would have, and now I value my life and health a hell of a lot more. I want to inspire and help others get to where they thought they would never be because I did it, and I know you can. I also have a background of coaching and playing basketball and now enhancing the performance of athletes. I am currently training for Mens Physique for next years competition. 14.01.2022 COACH INTRODUCTION: Jacques Lombaard ABOUT Spent most of my life around sports. Grew up loving and playing rugby and basketball. It was 4 years ago when I suffered an injury on the field to which I broke my shoulder badly and caused minor nerve damage down the right side of my body. It was after my 6 month recovery period that I decided to get into the gym and work on strengthening my body. After a few months I realised I needed more than my own help and so I got a couple of ...good trainers to help me and since that day I developed an obsession for the fitness industry. I took it a step further and started a career in the fitness industry. I now spend every day looking for ways I can better not only myself but help others who struggle. Going through what I did I feel like it is important to look after the body and that’s why I am where I am today. 12.01.2022 3 THINGS THAT WILL NOT MAKE YOU LOSE FAT 1- Eat f**k all calories and think you’re going to starve the fat off (Your body is waaaaayyyy smarter than that) 2- Follow the latest fad or craze (This is normally people who try to make money off your lack of knowledge)... 3- Do what someone with a 6-pack on instagram says (looking good does not qualify someone as a good coach) 3 THINGS THAT WILL 100% BE BETTER THAN THE ABOVE 1- Sleep better. Go to bed and wake up the same time every day, and make sure you’re getting somewhat between 7 and 8 hours sleep per night 2- Manage your stress, you’re never going to eliminate stress, but the key factor is how you manage it 3- Follow a nutritional system that meets you where you need to be met and includes the foods you like. Good nutrition isn’t about restriction and sacrifice
