19.01.2022 Lockdown #4. It was bound to happen. And it has. We have been through worse, a longer lockdown and not being equipped with the knowledge of how to cope. We are better at this now. But it’s still hard, annoying and emotionally draining. But there is no choice in the matter so let’s tackle this. Let’s just do it. All classes are on Zoom until further notice. Stay regular with your practice. It will help you cope with the lockdown and bring some normality in your routine. I kno...w it is sooooo much better when we are together physically in the same room. But this is such a fantastic second-best. As one of my students said, All I need to do is close my eyes and listen to you. And you are then here with me in my living room. I’m posting a video that I took of my Sunday morning class from a few weeks ago. The energy, the laughter and the several retakes ..... it was just brilliant. Those who attended this class, I know you are smiling right now. We will be back in that space very soon. This class would be a mixed level class, with an emphasis on ‘restoring a full range of movement’ and ‘powerful breathing techniques’. This class would be especially beneficial to those who feel stiff in their muscles and joints and are keen to restore their body’s natural range of movement. 04.01.2022 I received this message after a student did the Morning-Flow class on Zoom yesterday. It’s one of my favourite classes to teach where I incorporate some of the principles of Energy medicine, Kundalini Yoga, face Yoga, Hatha Yoga and round it up with various Pranayama techniques and relaxation.
