25.01.2022 On Friday the 16th March, the FWC released its Determination, varying the Award as expected. These changes come into effect from 2nd April 2018. Advice is that ...a Commission Only Salesperson employed under the current Award can remain on that agreement and then be subject to a salary review on 2ND APRIL 2019 to determine if they are entitled to remain on Commission Only under the new conditions. To take advantage of this, you MUST upgrade any existing wages employees who qualify for Commission Only and have them sign a REPSA agreement before Easter Monday!!! See more

21.01.2022 Are you needing to do an employment agreement that accommodates the Award changes? All of REPSA's agreements have been updated in line with the amended award. Remember that most of the changes will affect your business in some way, especially if employing commission only salespeople.

17.01.2022 In order to accommodate the new changes to the Award coming next month, REPSA is undergoing a major refurbishment. Access to QPIR. REPSA was requested by both the Queensland Employers Association and the Property Services Association Queensland Branch to administer QPIR as from mid 2015. REPSA as custodian of the registered employment agreements will make available copies of agreements to parties to their agreement once positively establishing the identity of the requesting party.
