All you need is: ... - República Signature Coffee Beans - Dark chocolate chips How to do it: 1. Melt your dark chocolate 2. Add your coffee beans to the melted chocolate 3. Spread out on a tray lined with baking paper to dry 4. Put in the fridge to let the chocolate set on the beans (may need overnight). 5. Serve and enjoy these rich, caffeine filled beans. When República Founder, Jacqueline Arias wants 'me' time, she turns off all her electronics, switches off from email, social media and her phone. She stays in her PJs all weekend and does as she pleases without any interruptions. It’s a real treat and re-energises her. How do you celebrate 'me' time? Let us know in the comments.

06.01.2022 A delicious sweet treat without the guilt... Here is the REPÚBLICA COFFEE & ALMOND ROCKY ROAD BARK INGREDIENTS... - 400g of dark chocolate - 2 tbsps butter - cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped - cup dried cranberries - cup pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsps República Organic South American Instant coffee RECIPE 1. Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler with the butter. 2. When the chocolate has melted, add the instant coffee and stir well. 3. Add the nuts, pumpkin seeds and cranberries and lightly mix. 4. Pour mixture into a lined slice tin, spread into a layer of about -1cm thick and refrigerate until set. 5. Break into pieces and enjoy! In times of Covid it's rare to be able to get together as a team and do something fun, so today we made it happen. Thanks to our leader and coffee sorceress, Jacqueline. 01.01.2022 Check out our special spooky Halloween coffee recipe Save this recipe to try it out! Ingredients:... 1 cup of República brewed coffee, cooled 30g of Cadbury chocolate, melted 4 Arnotts Shortbread Cream biscuits 1 cup vanilla ice cream 4 Oreos, finely crushed, divided 2 tsp. Halloween sprinkles 1/4 cup whipped cream How to make: 1. Pour 3/4 cup coffee evenly into your ice cube tray. Freeze. 2. Spoon melted chocolate into small resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off bottom corner of bag; use to decorate the Arnotts Shortbread Cream biscuits to resemble gravestones as shown in photo. Let stand until firm. 3. Add remaining coffee to blender along with the ice cream; blend until smooth. Add coffee ice cubes; blend on high speed until thickened. Add 3 Tbsp. Oreo cookie crumbs; pulse just until blended. Set aside. Combine remaining Oreo crumbs with sprinkles. 4. Dip rims of 2 tall glasses, 1 at a time, into ice cream mixture, then into crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat rim of each glass. 5. Fill prepared glasses with remaining ice cream mixture; top with whipped cream and decorated cookies. Serve immediately. Recipe altered and image via @kraftwhatscooking
