11.01.2022 In light of recent State Government announcements, the distillery will be closed this week, with the plan to re-open Saturday. We are still planning to run this weekend's Gin School and Tour & Taste sessions, and will keep attendees updated if anything changes over the coming days. Stay safe and see you soon!

In celebration of Good Things Distillery Tours kicking off this weekend for our Citizens, we've shared a Republic of Fremantle twist on the classic Gin and Tonic to our IGTV Gin and Lillet Blanc are infused with raw rhubarb over 24 hours, which lends acidity, freshness, vegetal notes, and amazing colour.
