I like to create bespoke and minimalistic styles that are shaped by you and for you. Your own unique being, personality and style are the details that I’m very much drawn to and is a reflection of my curiosity and openness to the world and each person I meet. This underpins my belief that beauty is born from an app...reciation of our individualism and a contentment to express this freely. At the heart of my philosophy, my passion for art and architecture resonate with the ideals of the Bauhaus Movement where form follows function to tell a story of harmonious union and simplicity. So I explore hair multi dimensionally, constructing simple and adaptable looks that will move fluidly with you through time with a little sense of ‘je ne sais quoi’. I value integrity in what I do and allow the space for you to come exactly as you are. I love to work collaboratively when designing and bring a calm and honest energy to support that environment. My ethos has been formed over a 17 year journey as a cutter and stylist in Melbourne, Berlin and London where I was nurtured working and educating at the renowned Sassoon Academy. This global exposure became the pulling force that lead me down many paths of education and sharing knowledge. Pre pandemic, I would fly nationally once a month educating and show casing the latest cutting collection looks for KEVIN.MURPHY.AUSTRALIA, a brand that I have embraced since starting my own business 5 years ago.
