08.01.2022 I am so lucky to have such a special space to work in with my lovely clients. I have been able to create a warm welcoming spot that enables everyone to relax and enjoy.

06.01.2022 I decided I needed a tune up & am doing a healthy eating Detox & Exercise program this week. Well I know I'm a bit slow on the uptake but I successfully made and I may add love these salads in a jar. Made a batch on Sunday night and it has made it so easy to sort out dinner and lunch and stick to my exercise schedule without any excuses. The skipping the coffee is a whole other issue!
