10.01.2022 In line with the Queensland Government updates, the following will be mandatory for PTs, Bootcamps and Zumba from tomorrow for 2 weeks (unless things change): Masks are required before and after workouts and sessions... only to be taken off during exercise. So please wear you masks when you arrive. Always bring your own towel when working out. We will be maintain social distancing at all times.... I will not be using communal mats, gloves or bands....please bring your own...all other equipment will be sanitised during and after the sessions. Unless more announcements are made, everything should be running as normal.

03.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the 3 day lock down Friday bootcamp will not be on in the park... however I have decided to run a ZOOM WORKOUT AT 9AM ON FRIDAY MORNING!! IT WILL BE $5 A PERSON, and no it will not be recorded so you must be on live at 9am. If you would like to book in please PM me.
