24.01.2022 Do you know anybody in the Shoalhaven area (Berry to Sussex Inlet) who's having problems with their PC? Do you have family who needs to learn more about the BASIC operations of a computer? I'm amazed by the number of people who buy their Mum and/or Dad a computer and just say "click this button". I can help teach them how to use it. I have customer skills that include speaking "actual English" to older people - not jargon - and I can wait for them to say they understand. P...op-ups that get in the way - phone calls from "Microsoft" or "Bigpond" telling you that you have a virus? Too many people are STILL being taken in by this sort of SCAM. If it's happened I can clean up your computer to help make it easier and safer to use your PC or laptop. To quote our original webpage - "COMPUTER STUFFED - GET IT TO KEN'S!" 04.01.2022 OK folks, here we go. Ken's Computer R&R has been otherwise occupied for the last few months (working for somebody else). That is now a part of the past. I am now back working for my customers whenever they need my help. As a sideline and due to some of the things I have seen over these past months, I now offer TRAINING as part of what Ken's have for users. So many people seem to think they are TOO OLD or even TOO THICK to learn about computers. This couldn't be further... from the truth. Let me say - people don't learn to use computers because they are taught the wrong (or more importantly) irrelevant things. I can teach you the simple things to do with your home PC. Why go to TAFE and learn how to create WEBPAGE if you really don't yet understand what a WEBPAGE is? Do you want to learn how to turn your computer on and start using it? - many people do. Do you want to get photos from email and put them on your computer and where to find them? Start with simple stuff and learn more as you need to.
