13.01.2022 Yesterday, October 10 was World Mental Health Day. I dont mind admitting that I have struggled with Mental Health issues for several years now, largely in part, to my time working in the emergency services. It doesnt manifest itself in traditional ways and often it is overlooked as something completely different. It is now, more than ever, important that we look after each other and learn to recognize the signs of distress. There is no shame in knowing your limits and learning to cope with what life throws at you. I continue to struggle each day, as do many others and a little acceptance goes a long way.

Capilano owns Allowrie who have just been subject to independent testing- 6 out of 10 samples were not pure honey. Capilano claims the testing was not the preferred method, unfortunately the preferred method only looks for sugar syrup...... Honey adulterers are crafty people and have been using rice malt syrup which doesnt show up during c3 / c4 sugar testing...... dont believe what your being fed!
