24.01.2022 Happy Friday! 30min Tabata with Lizzie 6 sets in total today. Set 1 : 20 work/10 rest for 8 cycles (weight plate required)... Set 2, 3 & 4 : 2 exercises back to back for 5 cycles. Various work times for each set. Rest at end of each set. Set 5 : All 6 exercises from sets 2-4 done back to back, 30 work with no rest until the end. Set 6 : Repeat Set 1. You will need to play your own music!!! After numerous problems with audio in past recordings, I will now record with only an interval timer, therefore feel free to play any music to motivate you at home. Equipment: 1 weight (plate, hand weight, full 2litre bottle?), mat, Towel, drink bottle and enough space to do a burpee Let's rock and roll!

Welcome back everyone, it's time once again for your favourite half hour of the week Today's bodyweight only session will take us about 35mins, plus a warmup and cooldown stretch. 3 sections, with a shorter burst mode (20:10) to stsrt, a longer burn phase (60:30) in the middle and, of course, Nathan's (in)famous core finisher! Let's goooooo!

Our Lifeguard and Operations team have been hard at work over the last few weeks getting our outdoor pools ready to re-open. ... Here's a little sneak peek of the work they're doing! 19.01.2022 Happy Friday!! 30min Interval session with Lizzie. We have 5 blocks of work today with 1 minute rest inbetween:... Block 1: Cardio. 5 x exercises 60 seconds each back to back. So that is 5 minutes of non-stop cardio! Block 2: Lunges and Mountain Climbers. We alternate between the two, 60 seconds each for 4 minutes back to back. Block 3: Upper body. 10x Push Ups and then 10x Tricep Dips back to back for 3 minutes. Block 4: Legs and Butt burner! We squat then squat jump for 2 minutes alternating 30 seconds each exercise. Block 5: CORRRRE! 5 core exersices, 45 seconds each back to back with a 2 minute Hover finale!! Burrrrn Equipment: Chair for triceps dips, mat and bottle of water. Interval timer will be used and some background music, but feel free to play your own favourite tunes at home Are you ready? Let's go!
