Aqua exercise classes are suitable for all fitness levels as long as you feel comfortable in chest depth water. Aqua classes are the perfect non-impact way to keep fit, build strength, mobility and cardiovascular endurance in a fun, high energy and social environment. WHAT: We have 3 styles of Aqua Exercise classes returning to RLC with all of your favourite instructors: -Aqua Moves in the 25m pool. This classes uses noodles and dumbells and is aimed at all fitness levels -Arthritis A slower paced class with a longer warm-up that takes place in the warm water of the hydrotherapy pool. It is one of the most comfortable and effective ways that a person with arthritis can exercise because the joints and muscles can be exercised while supported in the water. -Active Hydro A faster-paced, more active class in the Hydrotherapy Pool. WHEN: We have 12 classes per week, see our timetable below. 02.01.2022 The team at RLC is excited about Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews’ latest announcement regarding increases to activity capacity limits, subject to venue and group density restrictions. We are currently working through the details as to how this will change our capacities in Centre and our available services. Once we understand how these changes will look, we will update our limits within our booking systems and notify our members. We expect these changes will be ready ...for those looking to visit from Tuesday 24th Nov onwards. We're really happy that these changes will allow us to welcome more members of the community back into RLC. Regarding our Pool - we are anticipating the reopening of our aquatic spaces to occur in the coming weeks, with an opening date to be confirmed soon. We understand our community is missing and needing this space. Regarding return of memberships - We are upgrading our membership system to enable a seamless reactivation of memberships in the coming weeks. We hope to have this ready by early December. Please continue checking our website for the latest information regarding our operating hours, services and booking information.
