25.01.2022 Reservoir reserves are here for you to enjoy some exercise in the wide-open spaces. Remember to keep social distancing so we can be sure to keep on enjoying these wonderful parts of our great state.



24.01.2022 The Myponga Dam wall will be closed to visitors 12-4pm today, while SA Water continues planned maintenance on site, which includes the use of large machinery. The reserve and public lookout will remain open. Go to reservoirs.sa.gov.au for details on activities available at various reservoir reserves open around the state to enjoy, explore and preserve.

23.01.2022 If you’re planning to explore Bundaleer Reservoir Reserve, be aware that naturally occurring blue-green algal numbers have recently increased with warmer conditions. Contact with untreated water with high levels of blue-green algae can be harmful to your health, so always wash your hands after contact with the water, and if you drop a line, be sure to clean your fish thoroughly. 23.01.2022 The Reservoirs Partnerships Program supports community groups to run activities which involve and connect communities with our reservoir reserves, building pride in these wonderful new public spaces while preserving the unique flora and fauna within. The Reservoirs Partnerships Program has funding of up to $10,000 available to events and projects run by eligible groups and organisations. Check your eligibility by visiting reservoirs.sa.gov.au

22.01.2022 Mount Bold Reservoir Reserve will be closed to visitors on Wednesday 30 September, while SA Water uses large machinery along the dam wall as part of planned maintenance. Following the safe completion of this work, the reservoir reserve will reopen at 9am on Thursday 1 October.
