15.01.2022 How interesting is this. My son is really struggling with his spelling. ( bit like mum ) This is his spelling before doing a session with him and after. So I can see it's just his mind is to over active and perhaps anxious his spelling isn't actually as bad as it seems.

A newborn baby can not feed itself , change itself , smile and interact with you , clean up but yet we feel this explosion of love for them .. 02.01.2022 I'm glad to say that Calm Therapy will still be making people feel calm during lockdown. Mental health is so so so important and if there is ever a time to keep appointments ( provided you are well ) now is the time . We will also be offering zoom sessions.. As for remedial massage I am just finding out some more information and will get back to everyone regarding appointments asap... Stay Calm everyone
