21.01.2022 Happy dry July Day #4! My go to drink is soda water with fresh lime juice. Sitting by the pizza oven while the ribs slow cook and do their thang! Tray of roast veg in the oven to go with the ribs and a potato bake for the boys. Delish!

20.01.2022 Throughout the month I will be sharing information about the safe consumption of alcohol, why giving up is not a bad idea, the affects of alcohol etc. How much should I drink? Cancer Council recommends that people limit their alcohol consumption. Those who do not drink should not take up drinking alcohol.... For people who do use alcohol, the recommended amounts are: An average of no more than 10 standard drinks a week. No more than 4 standard drinks in one session. (Ref: www.cancercouncil.com.au)
