Bashpa Swedana is a full body herbal steam therapy, wherein herbalized steam completely saturates the body, aside from the head, with the use of a steam box. Bashpa Swedana is a core therapy in Pancha Karma and it also may be added to the end of a massage to enhance its benefits.
