16.01.2022 I no longer exercise to look good. Yes I want to look good but movement has replaced exercise and strength has replaced aesthetics. As a result you do get lean muscles and feel good in your body but most of all, you are strong and able to carry out your day in a body that moves well, feels less pain and builds consistent real life strength. ...
