17.01.2022 The vendor from this mornings inspection built the house in 1965 and has written in chalk all the items changed and events on the beams under the home even the year Ansett stopped flying and the last time he mowed the next door neighbours yard, when the hot water was changed etc.

13.01.2022 Nothing like a Friday afternoon inspection, house looks good on arrival you turn the corner looking for the power box and here is what I find mmmm this one might take a little bit longer!
