25.01.2022 It’s worth the effort when you have a happy customer. Feedback received from a customer.

21.01.2022 Do you see anything wrong in this picture? This is why you need a building inspection done before you buy the property. The roof truss has be cut to accomodate a downlight. This is not only a structural issue but also a fire hazard because of the lack of clearance around the downlight with the flammable material.... Don’t expect, Inspect!

19.01.2022 When I was doing a building and timber pest inspection at this property this week, I happened to speak to the neighbour and was told that the property was used as a drug house. I informed the buyer who was unaware of it and conducted a methamphetamine test which came back positive. The customer would have picked up misery along with the mortgage. I saved my customer thousands in cleaning costs. Don’t expect that the property you are looking to buy is in perfect condition, have an inspection done!

13.01.2022 I inspected this property in Tarneit at 10:00AM on Saturday and this couple purchased it at the auction at 11:45AM the same day. The best part of our inspection process is that we debrief the customer after the inspection before producing the report. The customer can make quick decisions if required( in this case about bidding at the auction). Don’t expect that the property you are buying is free of defects, have an inspection done. You can contact me on 0416 501 115.

06.01.2022 This week I did a dilapidation/ protection works inspection for my customer who is planning to start construction soon. Dilapidation report gives the current condition of a property at a given point in time. It records any existing damage and state of any particular aspects of the property that are likely to be affected by construction work, excavation or demolition. I inspected the neighbouring building where construction is about to start. Many cracks in the building were identified. If my customer wouldn’t have had this inspection done prior to construction, the neighbour could have claimed compensation for damages. I probably saved my customer thousands in compensation costs. Don’t expect that everything will be ok, get an inspection done!
