10.01.2022 I had a feeling they were there !!!! Last week I had a roof to inspect on a property in the hills. The roof was so low that I couldnt get access and could only ...view from the loft hatch. There had been termite damage to the house in the past and one room had been rebuilt. I just notice a fine mud line with my torch before I replaced the hatch. I don't normally request this but I recommended that this property have some roof sheets removed for a more invasive inspection. Glad I suggested this. The first two roof sheets removed revealed very active termites in the roof batons. Phewww !!! now the buyer is protected and I have done my job to the best of my ability. Are you thinking of buying. Then best to have a building and a termite inspection for your protection. See more
