13.01.2022 The next Resilient Rainbow Kids group begins on sunday 14/5/2017 and goes for 3 consecutive sunday afternoons in Melbourne. It's for kids in grade 1 to grade 6 with LGBT parents. Any year 7's who are interested, please contact me as i could make a separate group for grade 6 and year 7s if enough interest.

12.01.2022 Just over 4 weeks to go before the Resilient Rainbow Kids group begins. Enrolments being taken now. Held in Melbourne for children in grades 1-6. A quote: "Scott has really enjoyed your group and found the other kids lots of fun. He chatted about the sessions for ages. Even though he has other rainbow family friends, he sees this group as special, perhaps because you discuss things that he doesn't with his other friends."

11.01.2022 New dates for RRK! Due to Mothers Day, RRK will now begin on sunday 21st May 2017. Second session is Sun 28th May. Both of these are from 2.30-4p. Session 3 is on sun June 4th from 11.30-1pm. Don't miss this opportunity for your children! Email me for more information and enrolment form. Final date for enrolments is 13th May.

09.01.2022 A quote from a parent of a child in grade 1 who participated in the latest Resilient Rainbow Kids group. "My son really got a lot out of the Resilient Rainbow Kids Group. It stimulated further discussions in our family and in fact my son took in a 'Who's in your family' poster for his grade 1 teacher to put up in his classroom. He did this unprompted and was confident to talk to his teacher independently. I was very proud of him. I spoke to his teacher by way of follow up and he said he was going to have a class discussion about different families and understanding so it all felt very positive." "My partner and I were very happy with how the workshop ran, the content and format. The role playing exercise was an especially good strategy for our daughter and will give her some practical actions and steps she might choose to use in other situations. After the sessions she was bursting with questions and ideas. Thanks for providing a safe, fun and encouraging environment."

04.01.2022 2015 RRK group is being held over 3 consecutive sundays: 18th october, 25th oct and 1st nov from 12.30-2pm. The group aims to empower children in grade 1-6 with lesbian or gay parents and provide them a safe space to talk. The activities are fun and informative. Contact me for more info and to enrol.
