Ingredients... 2 large apples 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (reconstituted) 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 tbsp slivered almonds 2 tbsp chopped pecans Directions Using an apple corer or small paring knife, remove the core of the apple. 18.01.2022 One of the best ways to know if you are in ketosis is by testing your ketones! Ketones can be measured in the urine, breath or blood. A blood test checks for the ketone called beta-hydroxybutyrate and is the most reliable and accurate approach. When assessing blood ketones, look for a range of 0.5-3.0 mmol/L to know if and to what extent you are in ketosis. I also recommend testing ketones, mid morning 10-11am or evening around 5pm, for an accurate result that you can compare from day to day.

05.01.2022 Need a Fast and Delicious Keto Lunch? Try this Halloumi Salad 90g halloumi cheese Butter or coconut oil for frying Lettuce or spinach... Soft boiled egg avocado Sesame seeds, salt and pepper Instructions Heat the butter or coconut oil in a frying pan. Slice the halloumi cheese. When the frying pan is hot, add the cheese to the pan and cook on both sides until golden. To serve place the lettuce onto a dish, top with the halloumi, soft boiled egg and avocado. Sprinkle sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
