24.01.2022 It's unattainable, unachievable and most of all it's unhealthy and self-defeating. So why can't we stop? Why can't we let it go? Because striving for it is a strategy to address underlying "not enoughness". The "I'm not good enough unless..." This comes from an unresolved experience that made you "wrong", made you feel you weren't good enough. This then put you into a survival (fight-flight/defence) response. This means you will continue to experience and therefore feel you...'re not good FOREVER until you R E S O L V E what created this in the first place. The strategies (like perfectionism) only make you feel better about not being good enough. They don't solve the problem and they never will. Strategies aren't solutions, but the "right" strategies can give you space. Space to heal so you are no longer driven to perfectionism by your past not enoughness.
23.01.2022 Are you walking the path of self-hate or self-heart? Self-hate is governed by your limitations Self-heart is governed by your freedom... Limitations are a cage of our own making. You didnt want it, you didnt ask for it, yet thats what you have done. Why? Something happened that made it unsafe to be you and your potential is now limited, caged. Limiting yourself was your decision but not a stress free decision - a decision to keep you safe. You realised - Its not safe so now I have to survive, defend. Focusing on your hearts path while in survival (defence), is a path to nowhere. When did following your heart path save you from the tiger (the threat)? Resolve the reason you decided to limit who you are and you will find your hearts path, your self-heart. Its not always easy but its so worth the journey. 23.01.2022 What if this is it? We know its not - but how do you know? The fact that youve asked that question means - there is more for you - but how do you find it?... Ask yourself a few questions: Am I focusing on what I do have or what I dont have? Am I focusing on what I am or what I am not? What are YOUR markers that indicate whether you are: Content (or not) Happy (or not) Fulfilled (or not) When you can find and align yourself with your HEART PATH you will feel all of those more often. You will stop simply responding to your daily life and start creating your life from your heart. 22.01.2022 "I. JUST. CANT." No matter how hard you try to action the advice that floods social media, you just cant do it and you dont understand why. Why does it seem so easy for everyone else?... FACT: its NOT easy for everyone else but happiness and positivity sells. Of course it does, we all want that, right? So thats all we see, and its everywhere. We expect it to help us but instead it harms us. Despair, sadness, worthlessness, helplessness, sabotage, whos going to sign up for more of that? So, its nowhere (or at least hard to find). Weve said it before and well keep saying it. The reason you CANT is because you are stuck in fight and flight. You have unresolved stuff and while it remains unresolved, you have NO. CHOICE. except to just keep surviving. You might also be surprised just how many others out there feel just like you do. They are everywhere. So what is different about us? We know how hard life can get, we understand, weve been there, we are still there at times, but we also KNOW how to change it. Not with positivity advice, but with realness. We know because we understand WHY and the answer is the same for everyone. Fight flight from your unresolved experiences. Thats it. Bottom line. FOR EVERYONE WHO SAYS: I. JUST. CANT. And there is a lot of you. Its one of the least "alone" spaces on earth yet it makes you feel totally alone. Join our community and you too can finally understand why.

It can reveal what is stressful, what is relevant, details of the symptom pattern, the cause of the distress and the support that may help to move forward.... 21.01.2022 Hear us out STAY ALERT AND STAY VIGILANT! Thats what all affirmations mean when you dont believe them. ... Affirmations are designed to affirm i.e. they validate what you KNOW to be true about you. As soon as you use them as an aspiration - something you want to be - they become a wishamation. You fervently wish that the affirmation could be true for you and that believing is all you need to change your life. The problem is when you dont believe the affirmation to be true about you its a type of self-harm. It constantly reminds you of what you are not. This keep you in a fight flight response, sustains it, because what is the alternative? You cant think about how much youre not what the affirmation says, thats too painful. The constant reminder of what youre not, is doing you harm. Significant self harm. Self harm = self sabotage. What can you do instead? Only use an affirmation you believe - better still write your own. Start with finishing the sentence: Something positive I know to true about me is .... Share a sentence you came up with below.
21.01.2022 External validation will never overcome the pain of a lack of self-validation. That external validation is addictive and like an addiction we need more and more to try to satisfy the lack. If we rely on external validation we will never feel good enough.... Not feeling good enough becomes a threat and when there is a threat we automatically respond with Fight or Flight. There are all sorts of things tied into this like self-esteem, self-confidence, self-worth all connected to a lack of sense of self. When did sense of self save you from the tiger? It didnt so fight and flight it is - from now until we can R E S O L V E why we dont feel good enough on the inside in the first place. 14.01.2022 Learn to love yourself, just change your thinking, stop the self-sabotage. The big question that gets missed with these statements is "yes, but how?". Long on sentiment, short on actionable "how-tos" these statements serve only to perpetuate self sabotage because they remind you of what youre not. They remind you that youre "wrong", you havent got what it takes, youll never achieve or succeed.... Worse is the knowledge that its you thats stopping you. Its your voice, your self coach. Theres something missing, there must be, right? STOP There is a reason you self-sabotage but its not what you think. The reason you may not have thought of is defence aka survival aka fight-flight. If youre in a sustained fight-flight response you CANT change. When did self esteem save you from a tiger? It didnt so its not relevant. Fight-flight saved you so thats what you know how to do, really well. You paid attention, you learned, survival is the key but at what cost? Youll find no pithy one liners from us, but you will find inspiration from awareness and understanding of why you self sabotage. Double tap if this resonates with you
13.01.2022 In every other context VULNERABILITY is a bad thing. Think of a vulnerable child, the vulnerable elderly, the vulnerable animal or species, the vulnerable in war or even the vulnerability of poverty. The definition of vulnerability is "the quality or state of being exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally" (oxford dictionary).... It is ALWAYS a bad thing. Why then would we want our partners to feel vulnerable? To feel fear, powerlessness and helplessness, unable to defend themselves, exposed or less? Instead of wanting our partners to be vulnerable we actually want them to be emotionally available and open, we want there to be enough trust that we can share ourselves with them without fear. We want them to have courage, be brave, take a risk but we definitely dont want them to be afraid Next time you think you or your loved one need to be vulnerable you might be able to use some of these words instead: Emotionally open and available Courageous Brave Trust Take a risk Share What other words do you think more accurately describes the state of being emotionally present as opposed to vulnerable? 12.01.2022 As humans we all have the ability to heal, repair and maintain our structure and function. We are all healing and repairing all the time, we never stop It's when we have something unresolved we stop having access to that ability and that's where the symptoms start... Having an understanding of what is in the way of our innate ability to heal ourselves will help the subconscious make connections and change the response Our job as "healers" is not to "heal" others rather enable them to access the resources to heal themselves

10.01.2022 Your experiences are unique and so is your access to resources to cope with them. With the understanding of that something that may seem easy for one person to GET OVER certainly wont be easy for the next person. For people who havent had any major limiting traumatic experiences they may very well have easy access to their own innate resources to GET OVER IT and because of that they wont always understand that others cant.... Dont let others opinions be a measure for you and your ability to move past things. Share this with a friend who may need to hear this
09.01.2022 Being AUTHENTIC means doing your life your way BUT there are so many well meaning people on Instagram and the like, suggesting the only way you can be AUTHENTIC is by following their principles, advice and guidelines. In other words your life their way.... When you can't do it their way you feel "wrong". Then guess what? You go into survival mode now you are threatened because you're wrong. Why can they do it and I can't? There must be something wrong with me Defence kicks in as we go into fight/flight which takes away choice and that makes us incapable of doing our life our way. Always look at things you see or follow as information something you can experiment with until you find the things that work for you, your way As practitioners it's also important to empower our clients to do their life their way not ours If you want to understand more about Fight/Flight and how it affects you and your clients follow us
09.01.2022 From a qualified Resolve Practitioner: After studying multiple modalities of kinesiology for over 10 years, I never really felt confident that I could translate those skills into a successful business and give up my day job. I didnt feel comfortable with the amount of body work I would be required to do and there was no real methodology (just a series of techniques) that I could follow to set me up with how to do a session from beginning to end. ... While I could see changes in friends and family it all seemed a bit hit and miss and I didnt know why. Why dont the corrections hold, why do people keep coming back with the same complaint, why cant I get in deep enough to affect a permanent change, a transformation? From the very first Resolve module, when I learned the methodology and what supports it, I noticed a huge difference. Finally, I had a methodology I could work with, with detailed information to back it up and most importantly, client outcomes changed dramatically. Resolve just resonated with me and my few clients and I was finally able to give up my day job (even though my first week I only had one client!). That was 5 years ago, and Ive grown and so has my business. I now have a successful clinic working the days and hours I choose and yes, I gave up the day job. I help people transform their lives and knowing that I can make a difference is both rewarding and fulfilling. I sincerely encourage anyone who wants to do more, wants to be more, to study Resolve. It really will transform your life.
09.01.2022 You cant affirm something you dont believe to be true. Think about a time when someone tried to convince you of something you didnt believe in - do you think by saying it over and over to yourself that would make it true? I think..... NO ... The only AFFIRMATIONS that will work are the ones you already believe to be true about yourself. Why is this important? The affirmations working for others are probably something they already believe to be true about themselves on some level - so they work. There are things you could affirm about yourself and succeed at that others couldnt. It doesnt make you right or wrong JUST DIFFERENT Tag a friend who might need a little boost on their self-awareness journey
07.01.2022 If we are looking at EMOTIONS as a cause we are missing so much of the picture Emotions are simply our involuntary visceral response to people and events - they are a result of something not the cause Inappropriately expressed or suppressed emotions may be a contributing factor to your distress but there will always be something behind that... 05.01.2022 Other people cant MAKE us feel invalidated, its our own "stuff" we are responding to Our unresolved trauma and experiences change our ability to trust our response to situations and this is where we feel invalidated When the internal validation is missing we simply dont believe others could think well of us... We put it down to things like: They must just be making it up or theyre just being nice When we think negatively about ourselves we think others must think negatively about us also Just remember the first step to changing a negative internal invalidation of ourselves is an awareness we are doing it and then thinking of something positive about ourselves Let us know in the comments if you would like to know more about self-validation
