Are you training for an event in the next few months? - Margaret River Running Festival - Fifth Leg Cape to Cape Track Run... - Busselton Spring Running Festival - Augusta Adventure Festival - Busselton Ironman Resolve Physio and Health are starting a running specific Pilates Studio class on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1pm. Wednesday 1pm Saturday 1pm Cowara Wellbeing Centre 3B 64 Bussell Highway Cowaramup 6284 Cost $25 This class can be claimed through your private health fund, an invoice will be provided. No previous experience in the studio necessary and class will be kept to a maximum of 4 people. Come and use all the traditional Pilates equipment (trapeze table, reformer, wonder chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector) to help stretch and strengthen through the spine, hips and legs. Help any little niggles that are surfacing to resolve and stay away, allowing you to continue to train and even to train harder. Prevent injuries from surfacing to reach that start line on the day.
