24.01.2022 Eyes are the doorway to the soul. The longer I work with people, the longer and more devoted I am with my self practice I can look into peoples eyes and feel everything they are feeling. I remember being like this as a child I would put my hand on people and look them in the eyes and say you are hot, you are cold, and you are warm. I could feel energy. My aunties and my Granny would just let me be just like that it was normal. I loved visiting my Granny! As you start to tak...e on learning you step away to then learn life. You fog yourself right up. It’s been a journey coming back. Meditate and then go to a mirror and look into your eyes, say I love you and see how your eyes change. Look in peoples eyes and say hello as you are walking past. Move slowly and feel your body unwind. Let go of what was, move in the direction of what is.... Release, this full moon is a gentle release. It's about health, if you have let it go with this wild year this energy makes it easy to find your way to a healthier you. It's about connecting with what you want and knowing more energy will be more available to walk forward. Those old relationships that are no longer in alignment with your energy it's a good time to release them with love so you can live freely and be a fully expressed true you. Some relationships would have healed they are the ones to take forward with you. Put your crystals, instruments and healing tools under the moons light to cleanse this year's hard work.
