25.01.2022 We would like to say a HUGE thank you to you all for making our Wedding day so special. (November 17th 2018) - Mindaribba House. The day ran so smoothly and the staff played a huge role in making this happen. Nothing was too hard for them and they all went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The little things really are the big things ... The attention to detail was fantastic. It was so lovely to have our own canapés and drinks served to us while we were off hav...ing photos on the property. You made us feel very special. Meanwhile while the guests were poolside I was told how wonderful the service was and how the staff made sure everyone was fed including those with dietary requirements - The mushroom arancini was a clear favourite among the guests. When the rain started while we were in the reception room the staff kindly ran out to where we had the ceremony and brought undercover all of the furniture which we had hired from a prop company. - Nothing was too much effort and they did everything with a smile. A special mention to the Supervisor (Laura) she was absolutely fantastic and so professional yet friendly. To the Chef's - Amazing! Thank you for all your hard work behind the scenes I can imagine it wouldn't be an easy task getting 80 meals out of the kitchen all at once! 25.01.2022 Clint and I just wanted to pass on our HUGE thank you to both you and your staff for all the work you did for our wedding on the weekend. The staff were amazing, and really attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! We've had so many people comment on how fantastic it all was, and it allowed Clint and I to truly relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was taken care of so perfectly! 25.01.2022 Earlier this week, we closed the doors to our Mason Catering Kitchen in Mayfield and opened the doors to Longworth House (with Restaurant Mason, Newcastle opera...ting as normal). Chris and Ami are the proud new owners of Longworth House, where they will be exclusively open for weddings and events in The Menkens Bar, The French Provincial Ballroom and The Mason Room (formerly known as The Williams Bar). We expect 2019 is going to be busy hosting more weddings, birthdays, engagements and ticketed events alongside the opening of The Gin Bar (expected later this year). As part of their new venture, they will launch a competition for a chance to win a special wedding package which includes free styling, photography and exclusive venue hire (food an alcohol not included) *to be released next week Alongside Longworth House, you can find Restaurant Mason Catering at weddings, engagements, birthdays and private parties taking place in venues and homes all throughout Newcastle and the Hunter. 23.01.2022 I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to you and the team who helped to bring together all of that amazing food for the party on Saturday night! The party was a great success - my husband was thoroughly surprised :) The food really was the star of the night! Everyone commented on how delicious it was. I really can't believe how your chef managed to produce so much wonderful food in our standard kitchen! Your staff (I'm sorry, I'm terrible with names) were both great - the wa...itress in particular was lovely and friendly. We were all so impressed with the quality of food and the way your staff jumped in to clean up after dinner. I didn't realise they would look after the dishes for us too, but that was such a relief to see that later in in the night. Thank you for everything! We still get guests from our day rave about the amazing food, it can so easily go wrong but I honestly couldn't flaw anything about the food or staff. Your communication is impeccable and compared to all other venders as a bride you have to deal with, your continued communication and updated invoicing was of such a high standard. We're so thrilled we had you all part of our special day. My sister in la...w also had some serious allergies and your staff went above and beyond to ensure she never missed out and had just her fair share of food. 13.01.2022 I just wanted to let you know how amazing the food at our wedding was at Mindaribba on the weekend - everyone raved about it! Josh was INCREDIBLE in his role - he is such a lovely guy and my brother Mitch who was the MC said he was so professional and easy to deal with. Our every need was accommodated and the bridal party especially appreciated our delivery of canapés and champagne while off having photos. The food standard was so high, and we knew it would be being Restauran...t Mason, but honestly we can’t thank you and the team enough for making our day all the more special with an amazing menu and clockwork service. 11.01.2022 Seem to have finally recovered from the wonderful weekend that was, so wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for everything over the weekend. Feedback was that the food was incredible. People absolutely loved the quantity they received and quality. Allot of people mentioned how great it was too get multiple canapes, as often they don't get enough at weddings. The mushroom arancini, beef empanadas and honey glazed prawn tails were the big stand outs from what I heard p...eople saying. But there was nothing that got a bad review. They loved the mains as well. So a huge thank you to your chefs for the amazing job they did. Couldn't have been better!! Oh and that smoked ham at the end of the night was beyond incredible. And to Lucy the event manager on the night (I hope I haven't got her name wrong as there are so many names in my head right now), but that girl is a super star. She was incredible at keeping everything running smoothly, finding solutions and ensuring that everyone (and especially us) were well taken care of. She's a huge asset to your team! The food was delicious and everyone raved about how tasty it was! The arancini balls, wow....what a hit! I wish I ate more on the day!
