Kemudian masukkan gula perang. Pukul hingga separa kembang. Masukkan esen vanila dan sedikit garam. Kacau rata. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung dan baking powder. Uli sebati. Bulat2 kan doh supaya menjadi seperti pod, dan gelekkan ke dalam badam cincang. (Sila refer video) Apabila siap kesemua doh, boleh paipkan nutella ke atas doh tadi. Bakar suhu 145 selama 15 minit.
