It was so nice to have a girls day out yesterday and try floating for the first time! @life.with.bronte and I were invited to float at @resthousefloat in their pods filled with 500kg of epsom salt! Being gravity free when this big and pregnant was.... bliss! It took me awhile to settle, as I’m a little bit nervous in confined spaces But with the pod slightly open (for some fresh air) and being able to float effortlessly, stretching my sore back and hips... it wasn’t long before I could go into deep relaxation mode. Floating is seen to help with sleep, stress, muscle pain, mindfulness, anxiety.. the list goes on. Highly recommend giving it a go!"
