13.01.2022 WOW WOW WOW is all I can say I had my 1st Reiki session with Lou this morning and it was INTENSE!!!! There were tears (you all know me, this was inevitable), at one point there were pulling sensations in my clavicle and shoulders, my body felt compelled to turn to my right side. My left hand stayed relatively closed, yet my right hand was open throughout the session. ... I feel a sense of calm now and my forehead and hairline which are normally extremely painful to touch are nearly numb (initially I had a headache..... an extremely over-active third eye possibly the cause). Lou explained in detail and with great compassion what she felt and saw and gave me excellent instruction on how to start healing. We have a long road to travel together as Therapist and Client in healing my misalignments but I am so positive, as I know I am in great hands!
