09.01.2022 Many of our clients seek help for back pain. Clients range from regular gym goes, weight lifters, office workers and those who are retirerd. We commonly see that the back muslces are actually overworking and the bigger, stronger muscle groups, the glutes and leg muscles, are not working efficiently or are weak. This leads to increased effort on the back muscles as they take over and do most of the work. Over time these muscles start to alert the brain in the form of tightness and pain.
