18.01.2022 Pregnancy massage is a very supportive choice of pre natal care to help relieve lower back pain, stiff neck, headaches, leg cramps and the nasty sciatica that is often associated with pregnancy in the later stages. I use a range of Remedial techniques and work deeper through the lower back and glutes. 16.01.2022 I would just like to say a HUGE THANKYOU to each and every one of my existing and new clients. I have started massaging again in Bunbury the past month after arriving back from the Byron Shire in Northern NSW after a extended time off on Maternity leave. I just want to say how good it feels to get back to doing what I love which is massage and helping people on their healing journey whether it be physical, emotional or mental. Massage has always been so rewarding for me to re...ally feel like I’m making a difference in someone’s life as we all seem to be going through one thing or another on our journey, and the amount of people living with chronic pain is astonishing, so even if it means I help out that little bit so they are able to be relatively pain free then my job is done. I would love to hear if any clients felt that I helped them with their pain or any ailments they were going through at the time. 10.01.2022 Some may not know that I am also a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Diploma of Reflexology and have been practicing Reflexology alongside Remedial Massage for 8 years. The foot is a map of you’re body and the feet correspond to all organs, glands and parts of the body. By applying specific pressure to the reflex points in the foot,this can cause a physical change to the body by stimulating energy and releasing blockages in the body. It has a deeply relaxing effect on the ...nervous system as all your nerve endings are in the feet. My clients often report feeling calmer, have improved sleep and anxiety and hostility relased. I have also had clients who have had a headache at the beginning of the treatment and it has subsided, as well an overall feeling of increased wellbeing. We are on our feet all day and don’t realise the efffect this can have on the rest of our body and by giving ourselves an hour of foot reflexology to reset and create balance we honour our body and its ability to heal.
