16.01.2022 Mookaite. One of my favourite crystals. I have been exploring, learning and working with Mookaite for many years! For me working with means engaging on a deep level: mainly during meditation and yoga practices, and where appropriate I place them on or around my body. In a sense I experiment on myself in order to feel and learn more, filtering this knowledge into the Holistic Healing sessions I offer. ... Some people will say that you should only place certain crystals in certain places on the body, aligning them with the chakras. However, through my work with crystals, the chakras and healing approaches, I have placed crystals in all sorts of combinations and not necessarily in line with traditional placements and theories. 06.01.2022 I admit, I’m not a huge fan of being in nature. Those that know me well will attest that mosquitos love me and camping gives me anxiety! Hahaha But I adore being in nature and observing and feeling into its magic. It’s instantly calming and nurturing. I AM GROUNDED... My spirit is grounded deep in the earth.
