25.01.2022 Just a little carpet cleaning job we did for our new neighbour. They were moving from one Unit to another in our complex and the Real Estate from the old Unit weren’t happy with the carpet clean they did with the hire equipment from Bunnings, so we helped them out.

15.01.2022 RestorLab has just completed another big fire clean. The fire appears to have started in the double garage resulting in soot damage throughout the two-story home. This one put a huge amount of pressure on the team. Right in the middle of our response to the recent East Coast Low our client contacted us on a Wednesday and said "We've been authorised to proceed, the painters starting Tuesday". ... I'm so proud of the way our guys responded. #customerfocused We worked big hours over the weekend to ensure the painters could commence on Tuesday. 13.01.2022 This is a little old but it should be on the RestorLab page.

12.01.2022 The Client discovered a leaking pipe after they noticed the bottom of the wall cabinet had deteriorated. When the moved the cabinet they found mould damage to the wall and water damage to the floating floor. Enter RestorLab. We set up containment and HEPA air filtration then removed the mouldy wall lining and lifted the floating flooring were we discovered parguetry flooring. The parquetry flooring and yellow tongue were completely saturated and beyond saving, you can actual...ly see the dip where the wet floor began to collapse under the weight of the cabinet. So they where uplifted and we found more mould to the underside of the yellow tongue. The damaged materials were removed and discarded. The timbers were HEPA sanded and all surfaces were HEPA vacuumed. The property is now dry and safe ready for repair.

12.01.2022 The customer contacted us this morning in a panic. Her sick dog had relieved itself on her carpet. We attended as soon as possible this afternoon, steam cleaned the carpet, treated the stain and sanitised and deordorised affected area. Another happy RestorLab customer!

11.01.2022 We received an emergency call about a sewage overflow. When we arrrived we found the entire granny flat had been flooded with sewage. The ganny flat was occupied by the owners son and his family (wife and 3 kids).... We assessed the scene and concluded the entire property would need to be stripped and sanitised (all floating flooring, wall linings, skirting, wardrobes, vanity and kitchen cabinets were contaminated and not restorable) On day one we helped the owner remove all their larger contents and cleaned up the debris so they could continue with emptying the wardrobes and other cabinets. Then over the following days we completely stripped the contaminated materials, cleaned and sanitised the subfloor and structural timbers, and installed drying equipment to return the slab to a dry standard so repairs can commence. Another happy ResotrLab customer!!

11.01.2022 We got an emergency call out today (Sunday) because of an overflowing toilet which left debris and contamination covering the laundry, garage and external pathway. We were on site within 1.5 hours to assist the owner. Luckily for us the owner had already moved most of the contents out of the area and we got straight into cleaning and sanitizing the affected surfaces.... The owner was very happy and shocked that we got the job done so quickly. Another happy RestorLab customer.

09.01.2022 We got a call from the insurance company on Sunday afternoon about a sewage overflow at one of their customers properties. We were out there the same day to remove the damaged contents, stripped out the damaged carpet and clean and sanitised the slab and tiled surfaces. Hopefully we get authority from the Strata Insurer (different insurer) to strip-out all the contaminated cabinetry, architraves, skirtings and wall linings soon.
