20.01.2022 Sometimes, we all need to step back, be calm and quiet, observe, go inwards, ask and answer ourselves some questions and understand... It might sometimes seems to us that we are lost, lost again, trying to find the right path and direction. Sometimes, just sitting back might actually show us that we are not lost, but that we need some time to really see, feel and understand our path and direction. It’s like our own confirmation... 15.01.2022 Last weekend was our Remembering and Reconnecting Retreat in Bondi. What an incredible weekend it was. We have spent time with a group of 8 beautiful and inspiring women. It was a time for everyone to slow down, relax, remember who we truly are and reconnect with ourselves. ... 2 days of workshops, 10 hours in total. We enjoyed meditation, expressive drawing, collage, art therapy cards, journaling and more. Healthy and delicious food was served during our workshop as well. Beautiful and empowering retreat for the group and us. Very grateful for this experience and opportunity. Looking forward to our next one Lucy Arnott! Thank you for joining us!
07.01.2022 Yesterday, I went to see this incredible multi sensory exhibition of Vincent Van Gogh. I love his artwork, I always did, but it was so incredible to be able to actually feel it. It was his artwork, the music, his messages in the artwork and in this quotes. Trough art we can tell so much, we can express so much, we can connect with ourselves and with others, we can communicate. He has done it in every single painting There is so much feeling and sensibility in his artwork. Love
